Weaver Farms rezoning update and annual Sommer Place meeting

There will be a meeting for Chadwick Place, Chadwick Estates and Sommer Place residents to be updated on the latest developments regarding the rezoning application of the Weavers Farm land running along War Memorial and Orange Prairie Road. The meeting will take place at the Peoria Library North Branch at 6PM on Monday January 29th.

The annual Sommer Place homeowners meeting will take place Saturday March 24th at 10:30am at the Sommer Place park pavilion. Please attend to hear about updates regarding financials, previous year project update, neighborhood watch update as well as an update AND A VOTE of adding cameras at the entrances. This meeting is open to all residents of Sommer Place and is a great opportunity to voice any questions, concerns, as well as an excellent chance to hear about many of the volunteer opportunities within the neighborhood.
